Important Information Before You Buy:

We will call you when your order arrives in early October. Please pick up your item within one week of its arrival. We have limited storage space, and your item arrives in a large padded box for safe keeping. You can paint in our studio for a $10 studio fee (plus tax) - This will cover paint, glazing and firing. Once painted, expect an average of 5-7 days to pick up your custom made pumpkin!

• Cancellations or refunds cannot be processed once the order is placed.

• Ordering Process: Orders must be placed online to consolidate all information and allow for customization and spelling verification. If you experience issues with online ordering, please just give us a call!

• Character Limits:

  • Small Pumpkin: Up to 6 characters in ALL CAPS or 8 characters in lower or title case

  • Large Pumpkin: Up to 8 characters in ALL CAPS or 10 characters in lower or title case.

  • Oval Pumpkin: Up to 6 characters on line 1 in Title case and 10 characters on line 2 in Title case

  • Spaces are counted as characters, so include them in your character count.

• Shipping Breakage: If your item breaks during shipping, we will reorder it from our supplier, not issue a refund. Please allow extra time for replacement.

• Please note: Changes can’t be made after an order is confirmed due to the custom nature of our products. Cancellations and refunds are not available for custom orders. All orders take 3-4 weeks to create. We cannot expedite production due to the custom carving process. Custom carved pumpkins take several weeks to create. The lettering will vary in style and letter casing from one item to another. Each item is one of a kind hand-cut. Triangles at the beginning and ending of the name may vary. If a name is long they may not be included. Each design ends up being different.
